One block up from popular Dalmeny beach, it really doesn’t get much more convenient. Walk to the beach in a few minutes to surf, swim or drift up and down the inlet. Close to the shops and cafes too!

Cozy & spacious living

Step into an inviting sitting room, where comfy couches and reading nooks create a relaxing atmosphere. The space flows onto a spacious deck, ideal for entertaining. Plus, enjoy unlimited access to Netflix on the smart TV for endless entertainment.

Retreat downstairs

The air-conditioned living space downstairs features a second smart TV with Netflix, bookshelf with reading for the grown-ups and kids, plus classic holiday games and a computer desk.

Fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and dining – cutlery, crockery, pots & pans, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge. Perfect for longer stays!

Breakfast nook

Enjoy a your morning coffee and breakfast in the delightful & sunny nook, looking out onto the deck and front garden.

Room for families

There’s 3 bedrooms upstairs, one main with ensuite, plus rooms with queen bed and a triple bunk – currently hosting 7 in all. A room downstairs with queen & sofa bed will be ready mid 2025.
